Attorney-at-law and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. She specializes in intellectual property law and new technologies law, with a particular focus on software and artificial intelligence. She is a participant in postgraduate studies titled “Law of Artificial Intelligence.”
She gained her professional experience by providing comprehensive legal services to entrepreneurs in the IT sector, as well as in the film and creative industries. She has advised on projects in the field of advanced technologies, including Predictive Maintenance (PdM), AI applications, and the commercialization of technological solutions. She acts as an expert in international initiatives, including programs implemented in cooperation with technology parks and partners from Taiwan.
She is the author of numerous publications, including co-authorship of the first e-book in Poland dedicated to the legal aspects of generative AI, as well as a comprehensive checklist for the lawful implementation of AI within organizations. She has many years of experience in representing clients in court disputes and providing ongoing corporate legal services.
